Hello My Friends!
Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 172.
Now most of you know that words have a vibration to them.
Each word has an energy that can contribute to something greater or less than; a higher vibration or a lower vibration.
And are you clear, especially when it comes to social media and making comments on posts, are you clear on what type of words you are choosing?
Now words of a higher vibration are words that contribute to something greater. This is a space of kindness to the person that you’re expressing it to as well as a space of kindness to you to express it in that way.
Now the lower vibration words tend to have judgment and conclusions attached to them and there’s just a heavy vibration that can really come across as negative and insulting.
So really get clear.
What type of words are you choosing?
Are you coming in with something greater?
Or are you coming in with something heavy that actually detracts from what you’re looking to express and contribute to someone else?
A Space to BE With
Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.
When communicating on social media, what type of comments do you tend to post?
Are they heavy lower-vibrational comments?
Or are they high-vibration based?
If you have been choosing the lower-vibrational words, how has that been working for you?
What would it be like to choose to word UP and choose the higher vibration; to communicate from a space of kindness and contribution?
If you are already choosing high-vibrational words… keep it going! And what would it take to continue being in that space no matter what others choose?
What else is possible now?
Let’s Talk About It!
When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?
So I invite you to share your awareness and points of view on my YouTube Channel.
All right my friends. Be with that, play with that, and let me know what that’s like for you and I’ll look forward to talking to you again soon. Take care for now.
