Okay, what do you think is sticking you?

What do you THINK is sticking you?

What do you think is sticking you that’s actually sticking you?

Well it could be that your “thinking” is the REAL issue!

Do you find yourself falling into thinking about of all the things that are wrong, all the things that are causing you problems? When, in truth, it’s the thinking that’s actually the limitation, and it’s your thinking that’s REALLY sticking you!

So, what would it be like to tune into your knowing and ask:

What do I know about this?

What do I know about what’s sticking me?

What don’t I know about what’s sticking me?

Guided Exercise:

Okay. Now. Take a moment. Close your eyes. Tune in. Now. Ask yourself the following questions:

Truth, what do I know? What am I aware of? What am I picking up on?

Now. Be with THAT for a few moments.

What do you notice? Is there more calm? Is there more ease? Is there more space from which you can access the information you require to un-stick yourself?

So, what if you no longer have to think your way in and out of being stuck?

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

What thinking is sticking you?

How often do you find yourself thinking about all of the problems in your life and then end up stuck in the limitation of thinking?

What would it be like to navigate it from your own knowing? To navigate it from a space of awareness and allowance, question, choice, possibility, and contribution?

What’s that like? What are you aware of? Is it light or heavy?

And what would it be like to tune in and get clear on what it is you would like to generate and create in your life instead?

What else is possible from there?
