Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 186.

Now, is there is something that is bothering you?

That is distracting you?

That is heavy on you?

It could be something that someone said. It could be something going on in the world. And it could also be something that you have wronged yourself for.

Whatever it is, what I would like to do today is clear that. What we can do is do that the way we have been doing it in other videos.

Guided Exercise:

So, I would like you to go ahead and close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing. Now, bring in that one thing that is heavy on you, that is distracting you, that is negative, that you’re in right now, that is not serving you.

So allow all the heavy thoughts, feelings and emotions associated with it, allow it come up now.

Allow them to come in and be present with the heaviness for a moment.

What I’d like you to do is go ahead and take a deep breath in through your nose, and now release it through your mouth, blowing out all of the heaviness that is associated with it. Let’s do that again. In through your nose and exhale through the mouth, releasing all of the heaviness related to it.

So, now, tune into it again, and what do you notice? Is it a little lighter? Is it shifting a bit?

It may require some ongoing clearing, which you can continue to do after this video.

What would it be like now to allow for other things to come in, like other possibilities, like a space where you can have some more ease and maybe some more choice around whatever it is that you haven’t been able to get to because of this one thing that is so heavy?

Okay, just be with that for a moment.

Now, go ahead and open your eyes.

What do you notice now?

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

What is something that’s been bothering you that you have yet to clear and get clear on?

What would it take to clear it the moment it comes in and it gets heavy?

What would that be like? What are you aware of?

What else is possible now?
