Hello My Conscious Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 204.

Now, do you have a memory that is present with you right now, that’s really heavy on you, where your mind may be stuck in a loop with it over maybe a person, an event, something that happened in your past?

Now, what we tend to do is get stuck in those thought, feelings, and emotions around a memory. And what we can do is actually clear the energy around the memory so what remains is an awareness of what you’ve been through.

Why don’t we do that today? Let’s do an exercise.

Guided Exercise:

I’m going to have you go ahead and close your eyes, and bring your attention to your breathing, and just notice your breathing. Now, tune into that memory, that person, event, anything from your past that may be heavy.

Tune into that memory now, and allow the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that are attached to that come up and be present with those, and all the heaviness of that.

Now take a deep breath in, and now release all the heaviness on the exhale. Wow. Thank you. Let’s do that again. Bring in all of the heaviness that you’re aware of around this memory. Deep breath in. And release it now on the exhale. Wow, thank you.

Now, just notice this memory.

What if you could just be in the awareness of what it is, rather than in the heaviness of it, the content of it, and it may require some ongoing clearing.

Just be with this for a moment.

Is it a little lighter for you?

Okay, go ahead now and open your eyes.

What else are you noticing now?

Remember, you can use this clearing by simply breathing in through your nose, releasing it through your mouth on the exhale to release any heaviness that you have that comes in around this memory.

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

What would it take to clear the memory the moment it comes in?

What would that be like? What are you aware of?

What if you no longer have to avoid it and simply clear it if it happens to arise again?

What else is possible now?
