Hello My Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 151.

Have you ever been in an argument with someone and they start accusing you of what they themselves are doing?

Now the key word there is you, especially when they use the word “you”.

For example, if someone says to you, “You are so angry.” They are angry and they’re accusing you of being it even though you may very well be calm.

So what would it be like to be aware of language? Pay attention. When someone accuses you of something really check in and see if they are actually accusing you of what they’re doing.

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

Do you ever find that you automatically assume what people say about you is true?

Do you tend to believe their accusatory comments and think they’re something wrong with you?

What would it be like to see these situations clearly?

What if you were to pay attention to the language being used and just know if the person is using the word “you” on you they are likely accusing you of what they’re doing?

If you no longer wronged yourself for this, how would your reality be different?

How would your life be different if you no longer took on others’ accusatory remarks as true?

Would you be willing to live your life from a space of choice and possibilities?

Let’s Talk About It!

When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?

So I invite you toshare your awareness and points of view on my YouTube Channel.

All right my friends. Be with that, play with that, and let me know what that’s like for you and I’ll look forward to talking to you again soon. Take care for now.
