Hello My Friends!
Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 170.
Okay, how many times have you heard you have to get outside your Comfort Zone in order for things to change?
Like you’re basically told that you have to work hard, you have to put much effort into it, and it’s going to be uncomfortable.
Well, I have another possibility for you to look at today.
And that is what would it be like to use your Comfort Zone as a platform from which you choose to change with total ease? What could that look like?
Well, I’m going to have you do an exercise with me today.
So go ahead and close your eyes. Now, bring your attention to your breathing and tune in to that area that you would like to change.
What do you notice?
is it intense? Is it heavy? Is it uncomfortable?
Okay. Now, tune in to what creates comfort for you.
What is your Comfort Zone? And allow that to be present with you now.
So, bring that energy in and allow it to merge with the area that you would like to change.
What do you notice?
What would it be like to honor you and to trust you, and know that whatever you choose, you can do it with calm and ease? It’s just different.
That it doesn’t have to be a struggle. You can do it, just by choice.
Okay. Now go ahead and open your eyes.
And what are you aware of now?
And what would it be like just to choose to do the thing that you would like to change through your Comfort Zone?
And let me know what that’s like for you.
A Space to BE With
Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.
Do you use your Comfort Zone when it comes to looking to change something?
What would it be like to consciously choose to use your Comfort Zone and move through change with more ease?
What else could you generate and create in your life from there?
How does it get any better?
What else is possible?
Let’s Talk About It!
When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?
So I invite you to share your awareness and points of view on my YouTube Channel.
All right my friends. Be with that, play with that, and let me know what that’s like for you and I’ll look forward to talking to you again soon. Take care for now.
