Hello My Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 182.

Now, is there a part of your life that you’re not living, that you may actually be avoiding? Because you’ve gotten hurt, or there’s been grief or loss, or something’s gone wrong, so you just avoid it.

Now, what would it be like to no longer have to avoid that space of your life? That place in your life that you cut off?

Anytime you cut off any place of not living fully, you’re likely to be in the limitation of it and suffer in it… and that’s no fun!

Guided Exercise:

So, what I would like you to do now, is close your eyes, and bring your attention to your breathing. Now, tune in to that part of your life that you’ve decided to stop living in.

What part have you stopped living?

Now, bring in all the energy around that. Everywhere you’ve been avoiding it, all the heaviness, all the sadness, the hurt, the pain, whatever is there… allow that to come up now, and we’re going to clear it.

So go ahead and take a nice deep breath in through your nose, and release all of the heaviness out through your mouth. Nice. Bring all that heaviness in, and release it through your mouth.

Allow it to clear, to release, to dissipate, to ease. Allow it to ease. Allow it to ease.

Now, what do you notice? What are you aware of?

What part of your life are you not living, that you now can allow yourself to live? You no longer have to cut yourself off from that part of you.

Now, go ahead and open your eyes.

What do you notice now? Is there more ease?

What would it be like now to allow yourself to live that part of your life that you had not been living?

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

What is it like to know that you no longer have to cut off any part of your life?

Have you ever considered clearing the heavy thoughts, feelings, and emotions that have kept you from living your life fully?

What is like to know that this contributes to you being in a lighter space and/or provides you an opportunity to live your life fully in a way you may have never considered?

What would it be like to know that you could choose to clear any time you choose?

Would it be one additional way for you to tap into a space of awareness and allowance, question, choice, possibility, and contribution?

What else could you could generate and create in your life from here?

How does it get any better?

When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?
