Hello, My Conscious Friends!

Dr. Sarah, here and welcome to video 208.

Now, are you judging yourself?

What are judging yourself for?

Do you tend to pick on yourself and find fault?

Is there something specific in your life, in your living, in who you are that you’re judging yourself for?

Now today, we are going to clear on that, any of that, whatever is showing up for you currently.

Guided Exercise:

So, go ahead now and close your eyes. Bring your attention to your breathing and just notice your breathing.

Now tune into that area that you are judging you for.

It may be personal to you, it may be a situation, whatever it is, everywhere you’re judging you. Whatever that is, let’s take a deep breath in and release it now all on the exhale. Wow, let’s do that again. Take a deep breath in and release it now all on the exhale.

Wow, there’s a lot of intensity there because how much of the time are you judging you for this one thing, or two things, or a lot of things? How many judgments do you have about you?

What would it be like now to allow that to clear and to keep clearing them, my conscious friends?

Get in the clear of who you be and go easy on yourself and no longer judge you for that.

Okay, so go ahead now and open your eyes.

What do you notice? It is a little lighter?

Is the judgment a little less intense?

Keep clearing on it until it lightens up, maybe even to the point where you no longer even believe it anymore because that’s where it’s stored in all our thinking.

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

Do you find yourself highly judgmental of you?

Have you ever considered not buying this as true for you?

What would it be like to acknowledge that?

What would it take to clear that? And to clear all the heavy thoughts, feelings, and emotions that keep you stuck in your heavy point of view of you?

What would that be like?

What else is possible from here?
