Hello My Friends!

Dr. Sarah here and welcome to video 140.

Okay, how many of you deal (or don’t deal 😉 with anxiety on a daily basis? Where you get so overwhelmed with all the energies coming at you… where you often times find it difficult to breath, to focus, and to concentrate on what it is you would like to be doing? A lot of times anxiety is misidentified awareness.

Now, I’m going to give you an exercise that you can do whenever you choose, but let’s do it together first.

So go ahead and close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing.

This breath… is your being. So go ahead and notice your breathing.

Now, what I would like you to do is expand out, send your breath out into the room. Now, I’d like you to go 100 miles out; now 1000 miles out with your breath and your being; now 100,000 miles out; now, to the universe and beyond that…

So just notice… are you calmer? Is there more ease?

Now that’s the space to go to where there’s more you.

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

Do you find yourself to be anxious and over-whelmed on a regular basis?

Now what would it be like to expand out?

To expand so far out that you reach an ease?

What’s that like? What are you aware of?

Is there more calm?

What if you were to choose to expand out anytime you’d like?

Let’s Talk About It!

When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?
