Hello My Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 148.

Okay, how many of you find yourselves distracted by all the things going on around you during the day? By people’s negative moods? By your own mood that can be heavy? Distracted by all the stress and the pressure to get things done during the day.

So, I have an exercise for us to do together that will allow you to distract yourself back to YOU.

Guided Exercise:

Okay. So go ahead and close your eyes, and bring your attention to your breathing.

Now tune IN and check IN with a word that you resonate with; a word that’s LIGHT for you. This word may resonate from a space of joy; from a space of humor; and from a space of ease…

Now be with that word for a moment… and open your eyes.

So, use this word during the day when you find yourself distracted by all the things going on around you.

All that’s required is for you to take a moment to tune IN and focus on the word you have chosen. You could close your eyes and BE with it… and, from there, you could even repeat the word 10 times to yourself as a way to clear a space to distract you back to YOU.

Whatever you do, use it, and use it the way that works for you.

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

What is distracting you?

Are you distracted by someone else’s heaviness?

Or distracted by a heaviness you’re carrying?

Do you find yourself bombarded by stress and the pressure to get things accomplished during your day?

Does it even belong to you or someone else?

What would it be like to clear the negativity by using an identified, “go to” word that will allow you to get clear and be more in a space of ease and presence?

What word stands out to you? What word is popping?

And what would it be like to utilize that word on a daily basis?

What are you aware of?

What else is possible from there?

Let’s Talk About It!

When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?

So I invite you to share your awareness and points of view on my YouTube Channel.

All right my friends. Be with that, play with that, and let me know what that’s like for you and I’ll look forward to talking to you again soon. Take care for now.
