All right one word for you: money.

So when I say the word “money”, what comes to mind?

How would you describe your relationship with money?

How would you describe your relationship with your money flow?

Is it light? Is it difficult? Is it problematic? Is it abundant?

What do you notice?

What comes to mind when the word “money” is brought to your awareness?

And what would it be like to just be with money and allow it to be the energy that allows you to have the currency in your world to choose what it is you would like to have?

We don’t need to make money problematic because, when we do, it results in us cutting off our money flow.

Guided Exercise:

Okay. Now. Take a moment. Close your eyes. Tune in.

Now go ahead and focus in on the energy of money. Just notice… what that’s like for you.

And what would it be like to flow light, energetic, healing energy towards money.

What do you notice?

All right. Now, open your eyes.

What do you notice now? Is there more ease? Always aiming for ease, choice and possibilities.

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself these additional questions.

Is your relationship with money light or heavy?

How many points of view do you have about money?

How many points of view about money DON’T belong to you?

Does money add joy or suffering to your life?

Are you open to receiving more money with ease?

What about money have you not allowed yourself have?

Do you enjoy generating and creating wealth?

What else is possible now?
