Hello My Conscious Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 196.

Now, on the last video, I spoke to you about mindset and basically how it works; how we get in a mindset and we get stuck in it because it gets us involved in our thought, feelings, and emotions on a topic that it literally won’t let up on unless it finds a resolve, and it never finds a resolve, and blah, blah, blah. That was part of that first video.

Now this video will give us a little more room to go into our mind and clear out anywhere that the mindset is focused on something that you would like to have different. Maybe where it’s fixated on a topic or a person or a thing or you.

Whatever it is, we can clear it now.

Guided Exercise:

So, what I would like you to do is go ahead and close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing.

Now, focus in on an area where your mind is fixate on something, where your mindset is stuck. Is it on a person? Is it on an event? Is it on something about you?

Whatever it is, just focus in on it now and allow your awareness to go to all the thoughts, the feelings, the emotions, all the heaviness to it, everywhere you’re in the limitation of it, everywhere where it won’t stop bombarding you with all of its heaviness.

Okay, now I’d like you to take a deep breath in now, and now release all of that heaviness on the exhale. Once again, take a deep breath in. Now release all of the heaviness on the exhale. Wow, thank you.

So, what are you noticing now? What if you are not your mindset?

What if the truth about you is your awareness of things, your knowing about things, your BEing, perceiving and receiving of things and people and places, and your own space. That it’s not outside of you; it’s within you, and in your awareness, not in your head.

Okay. Go ahead now and open your eyes.

Just be with that this week. Just be aware of your mindset.

If it gets heavy, take a deep breath in and let it out, and allow it to release any of the heaviness that it has.

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

Are you aware of what’s currently on you mind?

Are you tuning in and getting clear on where it may be distracting and blocking you from BEing?

If not, what would it be like to be in the acknowledgment that?

What else can you generate and create here by BEing more in the space of choice and possibilities?

What change could this create in your life and living?

How does it get any better?
