Dr. Sarah Brotsky

is not someone who follows the typical linear path, a sentiment which is undeniably reflected in many aspects of her life and work. As a doctor of clinical psychology in practice for 18 years, her focus is on helping individuals reclaim their authentic way of BEing, embrace empowerment, and encourage one’s own personal healing. Her outlook is invariably optimistic, and her wisdom is instantly motivating for anyone who receives it.

Dr. Sarah sees infinite possibilities and positive changes through the awareness of choice.

Dr. Sarah is an Access Consciousness® Certified Facilitator. She uses the Access Consciousness® tools to assist people in clearing anything that does not contribute to their overall well-being. By actively using these tools in her own life, Dr. Sarah serves as an example of the benefits that living consciously can generate and actualize.

Dr. Sarah has appeared in international journals and written for numerous publications related to psychology. She is a published author of the international best-selling book, Relationships Done Easy : Creating Delicious Possibilities.

Dr. Sarah has appeared on television programs including the nationally syndicated Dr. Keith Ablow Show, as an expert in eating disorders. She is an active lecturer on the topic eating disorders and a member of the Academy for Eating Disorders and the National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA).

She has also appeared on radio programs as an authority on a variety of psychological topics such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and inter-personal relationship issues. Dr. Sarah hosts her own weekly radio podcast entitled, Let’s Talk About It! which explores topics related to living consciously.
