Do you have a negative thought about you, a negative belief that you’ve carried around for so long that you just believe it to be true about you?

Well, what if that negative thought is actually precluding you from being you, fully you, the being that you are?

The truth is, anything that’s heavy, there’s one or more lie attached to it… so how many lies have you been buying about you that aren’t true, that may solely be based on one negative thought?

Guided Exercise:

So, what I’d like you to do is go ahead and close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing and tune into that negative belief about you.

What are you aware of with it?

How long has it been around?

Do you just believe it to be true because you wrong yourself so much of the time?

What is it for you and what would it be like to now acknowledge something that you like about you instead?

What is that? What is one thing that you actually like about you?

Now, go ahead and open your eyes, and bring your attention back to that negative belief you have.

Is it a little lighter? Is it clearing? Are you more in tune to what you like about you?

And what would it be like to acknowledge that, and be with that, and allow that to be present for you?

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

What negative belief have you defined you as?

Have you ever considered this negative belief to a lie?

Or do you go into the limitation of you and end up plagued by the “wrongness” of you?

What would it be like to look at what you like about you?

What would it be like to acknowledge that?

What if you were to come from a space of awareness and allowance, question, choice, possibility, and contribution of you?

How would your life and living be different?

What would this generate and create for you?

What else is possible from there?

When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?
