What do you tend to do when you get nervous about something?
Do you get so overwhelmed that you shut down? That you can’t even focus on what it is that you’re looking to do? So overwhelmed to the point that you may have word finding difficulties? Sleep difficulties? You name it?!
It can be really heavy, right?
What nervousness tends to be is an anticipation of something you’re going to be doing that is in the future that has yet to happen. It can be torturous to go there in your mind.
What would it be like to know that you will be there in the future to choose it when the time comes and instead of resisting the energy of everything that’s coming in, what would it be like to embrace it? To be the chaos?
To just show up and choose to be there when you choose to be there and know you’ll do it?
To know you have your own back and BE the energy it requires for you to be there to do whatever it is that you’re looking to do?
To expand out, barriers down, and BE that energy?
A Space to BE With
Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.
What is something you find yourself nervous about?
Have you found yourself stuck in and/or in avoidance of it?
What would it be like to ask the question, “truth, what am I aware of?”
What do you notice when you ask this question?
What do you receive?
And what would it be like to know that you’ll be in the future when that time comes to choose whatever it is that’s lightest for you?
What else is possible now?

When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?
