Consciousness is a space where freedom to BE is accessible; a space where living in the question, choice, possibilities, and contribution is the platform from which change occurs and anything is possible.

Consciousness comes alive when you are a centered BEing. When you are centered, your breath and awareness merge to generate and create a state of ease, joy, and abundance. With awareness, you simply observe what is happening in the present, without attaching an emotion or an opinion to it.

Consciousness is where you can embrace and BE the special individual YOU BE without the pressure to “get it right”. It’s a frame of reference where you no longer have to prove or disapprove of yourself. With consciousness, there is no judgment of the self or others.

Does this resonate with you? If so, what would it be like to function from this space on a daily basis? Would you feel freer? Lighter?

Here’s to you choosing to BE the difference this world requires-

even in the midst of this reality’s heaviness.

Do you ever wonder why life challenges seem like hopeless obstacles to one person, while another person sees them as a possibility to build strength and inner growth? Each individual views and experiences life from their very own unique lens. It’s human nature, but we often observe and compare ourselves with other people to have a context for how we are functioning (or not) in our own life. Some people appear to have it all together, while others seem like they can barely make it out of bed each day. This sense of comparison can often leave us depressed or filled with anxiety about not doing or being “enough” by society’s standards.

Now, what if you just require seeing and perceiving everything as an interesting point of view? How different would your world be if you allowed yourself to simply be aware of it, to observe it, and not judge it as right or wrong? What would it be like for you to allow others to have a different point of view outside of yours and not try to change it because it is different? Would it be less stressful? Would it create more ease? Less anxiety?

It’s all about your point of view.

Hand-in-hand with my clinical training, skills and experience as a psychologist, I incorporate the Access Consciousness® tools into my practice. Using the Access Consciousness® techniques, I can help clear limitations or barriers that may be preventing you from experiencing true fulfillment, freedom, and joy. Access Consciousness® shows us that everyone has the ability to change their current state by viewing everything as a choice.

Living consciously means to fully know, perceive, appreciate, breathe and BE in the present moment, and every moment that follows. The tools and processes offered through Access Consciousness® allow each person to enable themselves to see everything in their present awareness without assigning judgment. Nothing is defined as good or bad, right or wrong. It is simply observed. Without expectations, labels or restrictions assigned, the space to create and shape your experience widens exponentially. Anything can happen. Anything is possible.

Gary Douglas, Founder of Access Consciousness®, describes consciousness as:

“The ability to be present in your life in every moment, without judgment of you or anyone else. It is the ability to receive everything, reject nothing, and create everything you desire in life – greater than what you currently have, and more than what you can imagine.”
