Hello My Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, welcome to video 192.

Now, have you taken on someone else’s wrongness of you?

Where they may have said a very strong judgment or insult or put you down in some way and now you’ve taken it on and wronged yourself with it?

How many times do you do that? How many times do you take something from what someone says and then use it against yourself?

Guided Exercise:

What I’m going to have you do is to go ahead now and close your eyes. Bring your attention to your breathing.

Tune into the last time that you took something on that someone said about you and then further wronged yourself with it as a way to defend it or just took on the heavy energy or whatever you did with it.

Tune into that now and what is that? Allow it to come up. Allow yourself to be present with it and just notice the intensity of this energy, the heaviness.

Now, allow it again to all come up and take a deep breath in and now release it all on the exhale, allowing all of the heaviness to dissipate and release and to clear now.

Let’s do it again. Take another deep breath in, and release it all on the exhale allowing all of the negative thought, feelings and emotions attached to this and everywhere you’ve wronged yourself with it to release now. Let’s clear it entirely.

Now what do you notice? Be with this. Is it lighter? Is it still a bit intense?

May it need some ongoing clearing or has it released all the way? Allow it to be whatever it is and you can always clear it more as you go.

Go ahead now and open your eyes and just be with whatever is present with you.

Again, you can always clear it more at another point but now you are much more clear really on what it is that you maybe wronged yourself that’s not even something that’s wrong with you but someone else tried to make it so.

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

What is it like to know that you no longer have to wrong yourself with someone else’s wrongness of you?

Have you ever considered clearing the heavy thoughts, feelings, and emotions of wrongness that have kept you from BEing you fully?

What is like to know that this contributes to you being in a lighter space in your life and living in a way you may have never considered?

What would it be like to know that you could choose to clear any time you choose?

Would it be one additional way for you to tap into a space of awareness and allowance, question, choice, possibility, and contribution?

What else could you could generate and create in your life from here?

How does it get any better?

When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?
