Hello My Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 187.

So we all have the Freedom of Speech, right?

What would it be like to exercise your right to choose light words to convey what it is you’re looking to say?

Now even if you have to be potent, there are ways to do that and to choose words that people can hear with ease.

You have to ask, what can this person hear, and how can I convey it in a way that allows it to be kind even though it may be intense?

Now a lot of people will use cruel words. I’ve seen it. They attack, and it does not contribute to anything except to the shut down of communication.

So now is the time, my friends… let’s step up and choose light words that people can hear.

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

What words are you choosing to express you?

Are they kind and generative or cruel and limiting?

Are they words that others can hear?

And what space are you choosing them from? From a space of light or heavy?

What if you could be potent and still convey what it is you would like to say with ease and grace? With kind words?

What would it be like to choose and BE that?

What else is possible now?

Let’s Talk About It!

When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?

So I invite you to share your awareness and points of view on my YouTube Channel.

All right my friends. Be with that, play with that, and let me know what that’s like for you and I’ll look forward to talking to you again soon. Take care for now.
