Now, do you find that you get stressed by other people’s stress?
Like when you see someone anxious or overwhelmed or running around trying to get things done, especially people close to you, do you tend to take on that energy and get stressed by it?
And now, when we’re moving into the holidays, it probably is even more overwhelming, if that’s the case.
So, what would it be like to use that clearing tool of who or what does this belong to? Ask that question when you’re picking up other people’s stress. And all you have to do is say, “Return to sender with consciousness. Return to sender with consciousness”.
And then just give that person interesting point of view… oh, interesting point of view that they’re stressed.
A Space to BE With
Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.
Do you find that you’re highly aware of other people’s stress?
Do you tend to take it on as your own when, in actuality, it belongs to them?
What would it be like to acknowledge that?
What would it take to clear it by using “Return to sender with consciousness” the moment it shows up and/or the moment you become aware of it?
“Return to sender with consciousness” all the heavy thoughts, feelings, and emotions that are stress-related?
What would that be like?
What else is possible from here?
