Hello My Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 147.

Okay, do you find yourself having difficulty making decisions? Like, you need to find the right answer, because if you don’t, you’re not going to get the outcome that you would like? And then you’ll likely end up being hard on yourself as well as upset?

Now, what that does a lot of times is put us in a “no choice” Universe where it’s difficult to make a decision, because you’re not even in the choice of it, or not even clear on what your choices are.

So, I’m going to offer you a different possibility here today.

What would it be like to actually ask yourself, “What are my choices here? And if I choose this one, is that light or heavy for me? If I choose that one, is that light or heavy for me?” Simply get clear on what the lightest choice is and choose it.

When you choose what’s light for you, it’s most likely going to be what’s right for you.

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

Are you indecisive?

What type of decisions do you find difficult to make?

Are you acknowledging what choices you have available to you?

Are you in the question of exploring what they are?

Or do you pressure yourself to “have to” get things right from a “no choice” point of view?

And what would it be like to tune in and get clear on what your choices are in any given situation?

What would that be like? What are you aware of? Is it light or heavy?

Do you sense that it would generate and create more space and possibilities for you?

Let’s Talk About It!

When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?

So I invite you to share your awareness and points of view on my YouTube Channel.

All right my friends. Be with that, play with that, and let me know what that’s like for you and I’ll look forward to talking to you again soon. Take care for now.
