Hello My Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 184.

Now do you communicate with your body, like asking it what it would like and being in the question with it?

Are you tuning in and asking it often if it’s hungry, if it would like activity, if it would like self-care?

Are you in communication with your body?

Guided Exercise:

Let’s take a moment now… and I’m gonna have you close your eyes and just tune into your breathing.

Now tune into your body.

Let’s go ahead and clear any blockage anywhere that you are feeling cut off from your body and communicating with it. Let’s breathe in all the heaviness from that… in through your nose and release it through your mouth and allow all the blockages to drift away… and just have barriers down and tune into your body with ease.

Now let’s ask the body some questions.

So, body, are you hungry? If you’re hungry, what would you like to eat?

Body, would you like activity? If you’d like activity, what would you like to do?

Body, would you like self-care like a massage or a bath? Body, what would you like.

Those are some questions you can ask it.

Just notice, right now, just notice what you’re receiving.

It’s not about getting an answer from the body, it’s just tuning and getting light or heavy in terms of what it would like. Then you could always choose it.

Okay, so now go ahead and open your eyes and what are you noticing now?

What would it be like just to tune in often and ask your body what it would like?

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

Have you ever considered communicating with your body?

If so, what is that like for you? How does it speak to you?

If not, have you considered the possibility of communicating with it?

Would it contribute to you to BE in the question with your body by tuning in to it and asking it what it would like?

What would it be like to know that you could choose to check in and communicate with it any time you choose?

Would it be one additional way for you to tap into a space of awareness and allowance, question, choice, possibility, and contribution?

What else could you could generate and create in your life from here?

How does it get any better?
