Hello My Friends!
Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 160.
Now, has there been a part of your body that you’ve been ignoring?
A body part that you tend to avoid or actually wrong yourself for? One you just don’t like so you simply ignore it?
Now, what would it be like to actually acknowledge that part of your body? To tune in to it, ask it some questions, and see what you discover?
Okay, so what I would like you to do is to go ahead and close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing.
Now go to that part of your body that you’ve been ignoring and tune into it.
What’s it like to be with it?
Now ask the body part these questions:
“What is right about you that I haven’t been getting?”
“What is heavy?”
“What is something I’ve yet to see clearly about you?”
Now just notice what comes up.
So, what is this body part telling you that you’ve been ignoring?
Now, go ahead and open your eyes… what do you notice now?
What is it like to no longer ignore that part of your body?
What it is like?
What if you now allow this body part to BE a part of you, rather than something you’ve been ignoring?
A Space to BE With
Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.
What do you appreciate about this body part you’ve been ignoring?
What do you like about it?
What heavy thoughts, feelings, and emotions about this body part have you been carrying?
How many points of view have you been buying from others and society that aren’t yours?
What if you were grateful for this part of your body?
If you were free of this separation and allowed yourself to function as a whole body, how would your reality be different?
What would that be like?
What else is possible now?
Let’s Talk About It!
When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?
So I invite you to share your awareness and points of view on my YouTube Channel.
All right my friends. Be with that, play with that, and let me know what that’s like for you and I’ll look forward to talking to you again soon. Take care for now.
