Hello My Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 180.

Now are you holding a grudge? A grudge against yourself? A grudge against someone else? Are you picking up a grudge off of someone else?

Now what we tend to do is get caught in a judgment, an agenda, invention and lie that keeps us in a limitation and then we hold it.

We hold on to it as a way to try to get rid of it, but it keeps it going. And to me, that’s really what a grudge is and it really keeps you from being present. It keeps you from living consciously like we always talk about.

So what would it be like to clear that now using the technique we did last week during the Wednesday video?

Guided Exercise:

All right. So let’s go ahead and close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing and tune into the grudge.

What grudge are you picking up on? Is it yours, someone else’s?

What is the grudge? What are the thoughts that comprise that? Feelings and emotions that interfere with it or are a part of it?

So what would it be like now to clear the grudge, to clear the heaviness and all the negative energy that’s all behind it?

So let’s take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth and release it now. One more time. Let’s breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth releasing all of the heavy, negative energy related to the grudge.


What are you aware of now?

Is it the same as it was? Is it different?

Is the heaviness released?

Just be aware of that. Be in allowance of that and just notice.

Okay. Go ahead now and open your eyes and be with that this week and use this tool.

Use the clearing tool. In through your nose, out through your mouth as a way to release any heavy thought, feeling and emotion that belongs to you.

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

Were you able to clear the grudge?

If so, what do you notice now?

If not, what continues to linger with it?

What are you aware of?

What if you no longer require it in your life?

What’s that like?

And what would it be like to tune in and get clear on what it is you would like to generate and create in your life instead?

What else is possible now?
