Hello My Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 154.

So did you know there is a difference between manifesting something and actualizing something?

We tend to use those words interchangeably, but they are very different.

Manifestation is more of the “how” it comes in, not that it comes in.

Whereas actualization is the “that” that comes in. When we actualize something, we’re bringing it into existence.

Guided Exercise:

So go ahead and close your eyes. Now. Bring your attention to something that you would like to bring into existence. Something you would like to actualize into the now.

Get clear on what that looks like for you.

What would you like to actualize?

What would you like to ask the Universe to bring into existence? You can request if from the universe, you can demand it from yourself.

What would it be like to be with that energy now? Bring that in. Actualize the energy of actualization of what is that you would like to have exist in this reality.

All right. Now go ahead and open your eyes.

What do you notice? Be with that.

And just be in the awareness that there is a difference between manifesting and actualizing.

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

Are you looking to manifest or actualize?

Have you been looking to actualize, but have been stuck in the finite “how” of manifestation?

Are you actually looking to actualize what it is you would like into this reality?

What is that and what would you like it to look like?

What if you are the generator and creator of that?

What if the Universe has your back?

What if it’s ready to contribute and all you have to do is ask?

Are you open to receiving from it?

What would that be like?

What else is possible?

Let’s Talk About It!

When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?

So I invite you toshare your awareness and points of view on my YouTube Channel.

All right my friends. Be with that, play with that, and let me know what that’s like for you and I’ll look forward to talking to you again soon. Take care for now.
