Gratitude. Ah, what does that word bring up for you?

And what if gratitude is beyond just being grateful?

There’s really an energy to gratitude that allows for us to tap into a whole other space, that could allow things in at a level that we may have not even been aware of, that if we would be that energy, could change things monumentally.

So, what would it be like to be the energy of gratitude?

Guided Exercise:

So go ahead and close your eyes, and bring your attention to your breathing. Now, bring in the energy of gratitude, and just acknowledge anywhere you have been grateful for anything.

Maybe tune in now to the things you are grateful for.

What is that energy? And anything that won’t allow you to receive that, let’s clear that now, so take a deep breath in, and release it.

Okay, so allow yourself to receive that energy of gratitude, and just notice, what is that like for your body?

What is that like for your being?

What are you aware of now?

What would it be like to allow yourself to be one with this energy?

Use it. Tap into it often by just asking, “okay, what am I grateful for?”

And be the energy of gratitude.

So go ahead now and open your eyes, and what do you notice now?

So, be with the energy of gratitude this week and allow yourself to receive it with total ease and pass it on… pass it on to another!

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

Have you acknowledged the energy that gratitude creates?

What would it be like to know that you can tap into that space anytime you choose?

What do you notice when you go into that space and energy of gratitude?

What’s that like? What are you aware of?

What else is possible now?
