Hello My Conscious Friends!

Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 207.

Now, I like to focus in on a question today that you can use all week long.

Okay. A lot of times, what we tend to do is think a lot. Do you notice that?

Do you over-think things?

When you find yourself in that space of over-thinking, overanalyzing, overdoing it all, the question to ask is, “Truth, what do I know? Truth, what do I know?”

Ask that question when you find yourself over-thinking about something or even thinking in general. It’s a great question to use.

You may or may not get an answer. It’s NOT about getting an answer, but more about being in a space of awareness and see what’s revealed.

A Space to BE With

Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.

Do you find that you over-think?

Does it tend to distract you from BEing present?

What would it be like to acknowledge it?

What would it take to clear it by taking a deep breath in and release it all the heavy on the exhale the moment it shows up and/or the moment you become aware of it?

Then simply ask that question above: “Truth, what do I know about this?”

What would that be like?

What else is possible now?
