The Dr. Sarah Blog Talk Radio Show is a 30-minute variety show that encourages and empowers people to live their life in a conscious way. Each episode is unique unto itself, covering a number of different topics and ideas that are fueled by the questions of the listeners as well as by the guests that are brought on the show.
As the host, Dr. Sarah not only touches upon ways to actively live consciously, she also provides a variety pragmatic tools and techniques that listeners can take with them and use in their daily life.
The show provides a virtual venue where people can come, be and receive a variety of different pragmatic tools and information that allow them to have greater access to conscious choice and possibilities as well as change and contribution.
About Emma Jo Charron:
Emma Jo Charron, or EJ, otherwise know as Dr. Sarah’s mom, is an international, Senior Olympic Swimmer who has been swimming and receiving gold and silver medals in various swimming events for over 8 years. She is a retired physical education teacher of 38 years and she enjoys living life as a free spirit, inspiring others to live their lives fully at ANY age! Emma Jo Charron (EJ) Lives in Florida
EJ taught high school physical education for 38 years in Birmingham Michigan Schools where she trained Lifeguards and taught swimming, plus life time sports and lifelong health and fitness skills. She coached several sports during her career ending her final 4 years before retirement coaching freshman girls Volleyball. She remarried in 2006 to her now wonderful husband Jeff.
EJ got involved with the Senior Olympic Games when she turned 55 where she played on a women’s basketball team that won gold medals in both the senior Olympics and Huntsman world games. When she turned 65 she started her swimming career where she has earned over 100 gold and silver medals. She still holds 14 Michigan State records and is in the top 10 US in all 6 of her main strokes. In 2014 she placed 4thin diving competition at the FINA worlds games in Montreal. At the resent 2018 Huntsman world games she won 6 silver and one gold medal and in the 2017 Senior Olympics she won 3 Gold and 3 Silver medals.
Other than swimming EJ plays tennis, racquetball, and badminton (which she won gold medals in the Michigan State Olympics badminton 5 years in a row.) She also practices yoga. She loves to travel, having spent 10 weeks traveling all over Europe in 2012. She travels the US a lot for her swimming and takes Cruises to Alaska and other wonder places.
This summer she moved out of Michigan to Florida full time. Her future goals are to continue swimming and traveling. In 2020 she plans to not only compete in swimming but to play doubles tennis in the 75 age group.
About Dr. Sarah:
Dr. Sarah is a doctor of clinical psychology who has been in private practice for 18 years. She’s an international best selling author on the topic of conscious relationships and she has been on both National TV and radio programs as an authority on a variety of psychological topics. She has also been published in an international journal as well as numerous various publications.
Dr. Sarah encourages people to live consciously. Her approach centers around empowering people to tap into what they already know about themselves and their relationships as well as to discover new possibilities. Dr. Sarah provides a platform from which people can improve their quality of living by choosing what they would like to generate and create in their lives. This conscious way of being opens the door to greater ease, joy, happiness, and abundance.
Along with her clinical skills and training as a psychologist, Dr. Sarah uses Access Consciousness® tools in her private practice to assist clients clear anything that does to contribute to their wellbeing. By actively using these tools in her own life, she serves as an example of the benefits that living consciously can generate and actualize. This has allowed for greater possibilities in healing and a higher therapeutic success rate when it comes to treating anxiety, depression, and a variety of mental health concerns.
